Data privacy

The protection of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. We, therefore, process your data solely in accordance with legal regulations (Austrian General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) 2003). The following data protection information serves to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website

Contact with us

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case any follow-up questions should arise. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

Please note that for the purpose of contract processing, we store the following data:
Name and address, contact person, email address and telephone number, company registration number, VAT number.

In the case of maintenance business, we store, in addition to the above-mentioned data, the services subscribed, the term of contract and payment information.

The data provided by you is required for contractual fulfilment and/or for the implementation of pre-contractual and contractual measures. With the exception of the transmission of your data to our tax accountant for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations, data will not be transmitted to third parties.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory tax retention period (7 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions as set forth in Art. 6 (1) a (consent) and/or b (required for contract fulfilment) of the Austrian General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

SSL/TLS encryption

In order to provide maximum protection for your data we, as website operator, use SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise such encrypted connections by the prefix https:// in your browser bar. Unencrypted connections can be recognised by the prefix http:// . Safe connections can also be identified by a closed green padlock symbol in front of the internet address (URL).
Through our use of SSL/TLS encryption, none of the data that you submit to this website – in the form of enquires, for example, or through logging in – can be read by third parties.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your terminal device using the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies for the purpose of making the services offered by us more user friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can adjust your bowser settings to notify you when cookies are installed and to request your agreement to the installation of cookies on a case-by-case basis. Deactivating cookies can result in restricted functionality of our website.

Access data

The website operator or page provider collects data about accesses to the site and saves them as ‘server log files’. The following data is logged in this way:

  • Website visited
  • Date and time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you accessed the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used

The data collected is used solely for statistical evaluations and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to subsequently check the server log files if there are any clear indications of illegal use.

Google Analytics

This website uses the ‘Google Analytics’ service, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) for website usage analysis. The service uses ‘cookies’ text files which are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is, as a rule, sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

IP anonymisation is used on this website. Within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area users’ IP addresses are truncated. This truncation eliminates the personal reference to your IP address. As part of the contract data agreement concluded between the website operators and Google Inc., Google uses the information collected to evaluate website use and website activity and to provide services related to Internet use.

You have the option of preventing the storage of cookies on your device by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. If your browser does not allow cookies there is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions.

Furthermore, you can use a browser plug-in to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to Google Inc. and used by Google Inc.
The following link leads you to the corresponding plug-in:

Alternatively, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about you on this website by clicking on this link.

By clicking on the link above you can download an ‘opt-out cookie’. Your browser must, therefore, allow cookies to be stored. If you delete your cookies regularly, you will need to click on the link each time you visit this website.

Here you can find further information on data use by Google Inc.
You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have concluded a corresponding contract data processing contract with the provider.

Use of social media plug-ins

This website uses Facebook Social Plug-ins provided by Facebook Inc. (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA). The plug-ins can be recognised by the Facebook logo or the terms ‘Like’, ‘I like’, ‘Share’ in Facebook’s colours (blue and white). Information about all Facebook plug-ins can be found in the following link:

The plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook servers. The website operator has no influence on the nature and scope of the data that the plug-in transmits to the servers of Facebook Inc. Information on this can be found here:
The plug-in informs Facebook Inc. that you have visited this website. It is possible that your IP address may be stored. If you are logged into your Facebook account during your visit to this site, the above information will be linked to your Facebook account.

If you use the functions of the plug-in - for example by sharing or liking a post - the corresponding information will also be transmitted to Facebook Inc.
If you want to prevent Facebook Inc. from linking this information with your Facebook account, please log out of Facebook before visiting this website.
The relationship to the web analysis provider is based on an Adequacy Decision granted by the European Commission, in the case of transfers to USA ‘Privacy Shield’.

If you make a booking or purchase with us, send us an enquiry, request information or sales literature, we process your personal data in accordance with Article  6 Section 1 b and f.

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address for you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address given and consent to receive the newsletter (double opt-in).

You can withdraw consent at any time very easily through the unsubscribe function in the newsletter sent to you. The legal basis for the processing is point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR. We use the data exclusively for sending newsletters.

Further data is not collected other than on an expressly voluntary basis, e.g. to optimise the contents to suit your interests. This data is stored by us and used exclusively to send the required information and to personalise the newsletter. In addition, we carry out link tracking to analyse and continually improve the newsletter content.

Our newsletters contain tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic which is embedded in emails that are sent in HTML format to enable log file recording and log file analysis. In this way, statistical analyses can be produced and assessments of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns can be carried out. With the help of embedded tracking pixels, we can recognise whether and when an email was opened by you and which links you clicked on in the email.

We also use your child's date of birth to send direct marketing emails relating to bookings. We will always send the email via the parental email address which is proved in the booking process. You can object to this use at any time with effect for the future.

The personal data collected via the tracking pixels contained in the newsletters is stored and analysed by us, as the controller, to optimise the sending of the newsletter and to better adapt the contents of future newsletters to your interests. This personal data is not passed on to third parties. You are entitled at any time to withdraw the special declaration of consent regarding this via the double opt-out process. Once consent is withdrawn, we erase this personal data. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we interpret this automatically as a withdrawal of consent.

To produce the newsletter, we use the service “NumBirds” from Sports and Tourism Digital Services GmbH, 6020 Innsbruck, Brixner Straße 3/3. To safeguard the confidentiality of your personal data, we have come to an agreement with the company for processing.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
